ISLAMABAD: The killer of eight-year-old Zainab, Imran Ali, possesses two national identity numbers, it is learnt here on Friday.
The fact that he holds two identity cards has quelled the claims of TV anchor Shahid Masood who had alleged that the accuse owns 37 bank accounts.
According to Nadra’s record before CNIC Imran had obtained the child registration certificate (CRC) having number: 35102-7566063-5, which was supposed to his future CNIC number.
While obtaining the CNIC, the accused did not inform Nadra that he has CRC therefore he was issued a fresh identity number – a different than CRC.
