Karachi: Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) would launch train march from Cantt Station Karachi to Sukkur on August 5, on the occasion of ‘Youm-e-Istehsal-e-Kashmir’. The train would be named as Srinagar Express, said PTI Vice President and leader of parliamentary party in Sindh Assembly Haleem Adil Sheikh on Monday.
He was addressing a press conference alongside head of Sindh Baitul Mal Hunaid Lakhani at the Hunaid Lakhani Secretariat.
Haleem Adil said last year on August 5, India illegally, immorally and with use of brutal force deprived the Kashmiris of their birthright of independence through the unconstitutional use of article 370.
He said on August 5, 2020, 365 days of the illegal occupation of Kashmir by Modi regimes are being completed. During this year about 13582 Kashmiris were illegally arrested, 1331 were subjected to inhuman torture and a large number of Kashmiri youths and an old Kashmiri citizen were murdered.
During this year more than 1000 Kashmiri women were raped, more than 1000 houses and shops were torched and more than 144500 Kashmiris were rendered jobless during to occupation and lockdown. More than 6000 unmarked graves have been found in which innocent Kashmiri civilians were buried after being murdered by the Indian occupation army.
He said thousands of Kashmiris are in Indian jails. For one year educational institutions and Internet are closed in occupied Kashmir and media is not allowed to enter the occupied Kashmir.
Haleem Adil said Indian army is a terrorist army of the terrorist and butcher of Gujarat Modi, which has unleashed war crimes in the occupied Kashmir. He said Kashmiris are being blinded with pellet guns. He said we are with our Kashmiri brethren and we salute their movement of independence.
He said Pakistan would never leave the Kashmiris alone. On August 5, not only Pakistan but whole world is observing a black day against Indian illegal annexation of Kashmir. He said Pakistan nation is observing ‘Youm-e-Istehsal-e-Kashmir’ on the call of our Captain Prime Minister Imran Khan. He said that one this day 220 million Pakistanis would give Modi a strong message that Kashmir would get independence.
He said protests and rallies would be staged in whole country at district and Tehsil level. He said we welcome all political parties to come on the same page for the cause of Kashmir.
Haleem said on August 5 a train march would be launched from Karachi to Sukkur that would begin on 9:00 am and youths in whole Sindh would welcome this train march to show anger against India and Modi. He said Prime Minster Imran Khan raised the Kashmir issue strongly in the United Nations. He said every citizen of Pakistan support the brave Pak army and they would expel Modi from the occupied Kashmir. He said today our foreign minister Makhdoom Shah Mehmud visited the Line of Control to show solidarity with Kashmiris and brave armed forces.
He appealed to political parties and assembly members to show solidarity with Kashmiris on August 5. He hoped that the people of Sindh would warmly welcome the Srinagar Express on that day.
However, Hunaid Lakhani said that Kashmir would soon become Pakistan. he said the terrorist government of Modi in India would be defeated. He said Kashmiris would win independence and India would be disintegrated soon. He said every Pakistani support the Kashmiri brethren.
On the occasion, PTI MPA Shahnawaz Jadon, Samir Mir Shaihk , Agha Arsalan, Razaq Bajiwa and other leaders also spoke.
