KARACHI: The World Meteorological Day is being celebrated on March 23 on the theme for this year “Hotter, Drier, Wetter Face the Future” in a ceremony to be held at Institute of Meteorology and Geophysics, Pakistan Meteorological Department, Met. Complex Karachi at 11:00 a.m here.
Moreover, inauguration of an exhibition to display meteorological and seismological instruments, different meteorological charts & products; theme related posters, video clips and presentations on services and working of Meteorological Department will be performed, said a statement on Tuesday.
The exhibition will be open from March 24 to 25 for general public from 10:00 a.m to 5 p.m.
