PPP says Fazl in favour of constitutional court but disagrees on its modus operandi

LAHORE: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman said the Government of Punjab has formed a committee to address reservations of religious parties on women protection bill while Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Shairf also promised to address the reservation as well.

Talking to media after meeting Nawaz Sharif at PM’s residence in Jati Umra area of Lahore, JUI-F leader said he has forward all the reservation to the PM.

He said PM has promised to address the matter at all stages.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister also seek Fazlur Rehman’s recommendations on the matter.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman said he will share the meeting’s output in all Islamic parties meeting in Lahore tomorrow.
