ISLAMABAD: Former federal interior minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed has said that they will resign from the National Assembly, adding that they cannot sit with thieves and robbers.
According to Hum News, this was stated by Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed, chief of Awami Muslim League, an allied political party of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
Former federal minister for energy Hamad Azhar, who belongs to PTI, has also said that we cannot sit with the puppet government.
He said that there is no leader of Imran Khan’s stature in all of Pakistan. He asked why these people have run away from the elections.
Former federal minister of state Farrukh Habib, while paying tribute to Imran Khan for his tough fight, said that the people are not ready to accept the imported government.
Farrukh Habib said that Imran Khan would launch a public contact campaign from Peshawar in the next few days.
It should be noted that former prime minister and Chairman PTI Imran Khan had convened a meeting of the party’s parliamentary party today.
Meanwhile, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has announced to tender resignations from the assemblies.
A meeting of the core committee was held in Bani Gala under the chairmanship of former prime minister and PTI chairman Imran Khan in which the current situation was discussed.

In this regard, PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry said that the change of government was an international regime change operation which took place here. Yesterday all the documents were declassified and sent to the Speaker.
He said that there is a TT case of Rs16 billion against Shehbaz Sharif. “The core committee has asked the prime minister to resign from the assembly and we have decided to resign from the assembly,” he said.
Fawad Chaudhry said that this process would be started from the National Assembly after the election of the prime minister tomorrow.
It may be recalled that the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan was successful in the National Assembly last night after which he is no longer the prime minister of the country. He became the first prime minister of the country to be removed through no-trust motion.
