KARACHI: The Meteorological Department has issued a heatwave alert for Karachi and Sindh for the next one week.
The Meteorological Department said that there is a high pressure in Central Asia due to which winds will blow from north to north-west in Sindh including Karachi.
The temperature will range from 40 to 42 degrees Celsius during the daytime.
The maximum temperature was 37 degrees Celsius today while the feeling was 39 C.
According to the Met Office, the maximum temperature of Karachi is likely to range between 40 and 42 degrees Celsius on Tuesday while the humidity will remain from 10 to 20 per cent.
