Islamabad: Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed said that we have put Shahbaz Sharif’s name in the Exit Control List (ECL).
Talking to media after Eid prayers, Sheikh Rasheed said that yesterday we have put Shahbaz Sharif’s name in ECL. We had sent a summary to the cabinet last night in this connection.
Rasheed further said that Shahbaz Sharif’s family members are absconding in the case.
Referring to coronavirus SOPs on Eid-ul-Fitr, Sheikh Rasheed said that the decision of smart lockdown of Imran Khan’s government was very good.
It may be recalled that yesterday, the Cabinet Sub-Committee on ECL had approved the inclusion of PML-N President Shahbaz Sharif in the ECL, after which the summary was sent to the Federal Cabinet.
