Following the footsteps of protesters at New Delhi’s Shaheen Bagh, in Lucknow about 500 women carrying their kids have been staging a sit-in against the CAA and National Register of Citizens (NRC) amid freezing cold at Clock Tower.
The Lucknow police reached the venue of the sit-in and confiscated blankets and food items from the protesters.
