KABUL: As many as 28 terrorists were killed in a U.S drone strike in eastern Afghan province Nangarhar on Tuesday night, local officials said.
Provincial government spokesperson said that the strike took place in Haska Mina district of the province after a U.S drone targeted the terrorists.
“They were gathered in the area when attacked. There were no civilian casualties in the strike,” he said.
However, he did not provide details about the identity of the terrorists.
