US can deport foreigners without trial now

Us President Donald Trump enacted the Alien Enemies Act of 1798, which allows citizens of enemy countries to be deported without trial in war situations.

According to US media, this law is being used to target Venezuela’s Tren de Aragua organization. However, a federal judge had previously ruled that five Venezuelans could not be expelled under the law.

Earlier, this law was implemented in the War of 1812, World War I and World War II. Under the latest order, all Venezuelans aged 14 and older, who are affiliated with the TDA organization and do not have permanent citizenship in the United States, can be arrested and deported.
