KARACHI: According to unofficial and unconfirmed results of local government election, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) took lead with 9 seats in Punjab, while Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) dominated in Sindh with 53 seats.
In Sindh, 65 of 67 seats unconfirmed results have been received so far. PPP have won 53 seats, Independent 6, Pakistan Muslim League Functional 3 and Muttahida Qaumi Movement succeeded to grab 3 seats in the province.
On the other hand PML-N won 9 seats in Punjab, independent 6, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf 01 and Zia League clinch on seat in the LG polls.
