NEW YORK: United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon on Tuesday expressed his concerns over suspension of Pak-India dialogues.
UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon asked Pakistan and India to take measures to hold talks as soon as possible. He urged both countries to resolve issues through negotiation.
