JACOBABAD: Armed men gunned down vice chairman of union council Nawarra over old enmity here on Monday and escaped the scene.
Police said that armed men of rival group opened fire at Meva Khan Brohi, vice chairman of UC Nawarra, Jacobabad with whom they were in old enmity, killing him on the spot and fled after committing the crime.
The body was shifted to hospital for postmortem and the police after registering a case against the nominated murderers have started raids for their arrests.
