NANKANA SAHIB: Two Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf workers were killed in a clash with Pakistan Muslim League-N workers in Nankana Sahib on Sunday morning.
Police said the scuffle between workers of both the parties got intensified and two PTI workers were killed as a result of firing by armed men. The bodies have been shifted to the hospital, while police has cordoned off the area as tension persists in the area.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif has taken notice of the incident and expressed sorrow and grief over loss of the precious lives.
The CM has ordered IG Punjab for inquiry into the incident and arresting the culprits at earliest.
