Two prisoners executed in Multan as Ramadan moratorium ends

MULTAN: Two death row prisoners were hanged to death in Multan Central Jail on Monday as federal government month-long moratorium on expired with the end of Ramadan.

Farooq Babar had been found guilty of killing a man in 1998 after he failed to return an amount of borrowed money.

On the other hand, Karim Nawaz was convicted over murdering a man over the old feud.
