LAHORE: Two more death row prisoners were executed on Thursday in Kot Lakhpat and Central Jail Mianwali separately, local media reported on Thursday.
According to reports, Shamsul Haq, resident of Sheikhupura had killed a man namely Ali Imran on November 22, 1999. Court had issued death warrants after his mercy plea was rejected.
He was hanged to death early on Thursday in the presence of Magistrate.
A double murder convict, Fateh Muhammad was executed in Central Jail Mianwali. He had killed two people in 1999.
