ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Interior Ministry announced the arrival of a two member Scotland Yard team in Islamabad.
In a statement released today, Interior Ministry maintained that the earlier media report of the a five member team’s arrival was untrue and media organisations shall refrain from publishing such news without confirmation.
The SLY team is set to interrogate the suspects in Dr. Imran Farooq murder case.
MQM leader Imran Farooq was found murdered near his home in North London on 16 September 2010. The murder took place at 5:30 p.m. GMT as Farooq was returning home after finishing work at a local pharmacy.
