QUETTA: A man threw acid on two girls in Quetta near in Sabzi Mandi area on Friday (today), police said.
According to the police the unidentified man riding on a motorcycle threw acid on the girls inuring them seriously while the attacker fled from the scene.
The girls identified as Hina and Rimsha who were shifted Bolan Medical Complex (BMC) where they are being treated.
The family of the victims has blamed a man named Vijay Masih as the attacker. Later police informed that they have arrested the attacker and investigation is underway.
It is pertinent to mention here that six women were badly burn in an acid attack in Pishin district of the province recently.
