Qadarpur Raan police have apprehended two persons, who used to loot citizens by posing themselves as senior police officers of Lahore.
According to sources, accused Hamza Tariq, son of Tariq Javed of Gulshan Nasheman Colony, Multan, used to introduce himself as SP Headquarters Lahore police and Tayyab Faraz, son of Ramzan of Zakariya Town, as his driver.
They looted Rs 85,000 in cash from one Baqir Shah. The police also recovered a fake letter from their possession and arrested them.
A case has been registered against them.
