ISLAMABAD: At least two people died while more than 100 sustained injuries as several cars collided due to fog on Motorway near Kala Shah Kaku Interchange on Tuesday.
According to a private news cahnnel, the witnesses said that the fog had engulfed the entire region reducing visibility drastically that caused the bumping in of vehicales one after the other.
The motorway stretch has been closed for traffic due to rescue process. The seriously injured people were shifted to DHQ Sheikhupur.
According to motorway police, the drivers were directed to follow precautionary measures as dense fog blanketed the area.
