DAMASCUS: At least 10 people killed and 40 others wounded in twin blasts on Thursday in central Syria.
It came hours after the united States and Russia announced to extend a cease-fire to include the northern city of Aleppo, state media reported.
The blasts occurred near a vegetable market in the northern neighborhood of Masaken Barzeh.
