ISLAMABAD: Tehreek Jawanan Pakistan (TJP) Chairman Muhammad Abdullah Gul on Tuesday called on Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Sirajul Haq and announced to support in the JI drive against “Corruption Free Pakistan.”
He assured Sirajul Haq that TJP will stand shoulder to shoulder with JI in its drive against corruption. Abdullah asked Haq to include people from every school of thought in the drive so as to nip the corruption in the bud.
JI Ameer thanked Muhammad Abdullah Gul and hoped to extend the cooperation. Pak-Afghan security situation was also discussed in the meeting. TJP Secretary Generally Doctor Irfan Ashraf was also present in the two-hour long meeting.
