KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) has ordered the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) to immediately ban the short-video sharing app TikTok across the country.
Earlier, a SHC bench heard a petition concerning uploading of immoral content on the video-sharing app.
The court issued notices to the PTA and attorney general and sought replies from the authorities concerned.
On March 12, the Peshawar High Court had ordered to place a ban on TikTok.
