Three death row convicts were hanged in jails of Attock, Mianwali and Jhang in Tuesday’s wee hours.
The jail sources said a murder convict Ghulam Jilani was hanged in District jail Mianwali. He was guilty of murdering his two nephews in 2004.
Another death row prisoner Sultan Mohammad was hanged in District jail Attock. He was executed for murder of his wife in 2007 over domestic dispute.
Another was hanged in District jail Jhang. Allah Ditta killed his friend in 1999 over minor disputes.
