BAHAWALPUR: At least three persons were killed and two others injured in firing incident in a village near Bahawalpur on Thursday (today) during a rural jury which was called over dispute between a landlord and a cultivator, police said.
According to the police, two assailants opened fire on a rural jury convened to resolve dispute between two people of village of Yazman 19 BC, killing three person including father and son.
The deceased identified to be Rab Nawaz, Allah Bakhsh and Ghulam Abbass which were shifted to nearby hospital along with two injured one.
The police has lodged F.I.R of the incident against unknown persons and started search for the assailants as well.
