HYDERABAD: Three bogies of Multan-bound Bahauddin Zakria Express derailed near Kotri railway station late on Sunday night.
According to railway officials the train was coming from Karachi when its three bogies derailed near Kotri yard. All the passengers remained safe as the train was moving at slow speed when it met the accident, they added.
The railway traffic was suspended for a brief period as a precautionary measure and it resumed shortly after inspection of the track.
The reason of derailment was being ascertained.
