At least 15 people were dead and a dozen wounded when three car bombs went off in a northeastern Syrian town in Hasakah Province.

As per details, one of the explosions took place near a medical center and another at a crowded market in the town of Tal Tamr, which is mainly inhabited by the Syrian Kurds.

The report added that the vehicles were packed with large amounts of explosives and inflicted significant damage to nearby shops and businesses.

Meanwhile, the London-based so-called Syrian Observatory for Human Rights put the fatalities at 12 people, adding that the death toll was likely to rise because of the large number of people who were wounded and missing.
