Terrorism, extremism worst enemy of Pakistan: Shehbaz

LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday said that terrorism and extremism were the worst enemies of Pakistan and there was a need for unity and harmony for the elimination of this menace.

He stated this while talking to a delegation of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz here.

The Chief Minister said eradication of terrorism was essential for making Pakistan the country of Quaid-e-Azam and Allama Iqbal in the real sense.

He said the need for national solidarity and unity was more than ever and there was no room for mutual differences after the heart-rending incident in Quetta.

He said terrorism would have to be rooted out with the force of unity.
