SARGODHA: The district police on Saturday claimed to have arrested ten drugs dealers and recovered narcotics and illegal weapons from them.
Police said that during continued drive against drug pushers and criminals, the teams of different police stations conducted raids within their jurisdiction and arrested ten accused and recovered 215 gram Heroin, 73 bottles liquor, 4 Pistol 30 bore, a riffle 222 bore along with bullets from them.
The accused were identified as Muhammad Sher, Azam Tariq, Waqas Ahmed, Rizwan Ahmed, Jahan Khan, Bilal Ahmed, Zameer, Mazhar Abbas, Sheraz, Nawaz Ahmed and others.
Police have registered cases against the drug sellers and started investigation.
