Sindh offers Tele-Counselling for patients suffering psychologically

Karachi: Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah on Saturday introduced a tele-counselling service for the patients suffering psychologically in the wake of lockdown and Covid-19 pandemic.

The patients may reach out to psychologists on a telephone helpline: 1093.

The tele-counselling service has been launched with the support of UNICEF and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), provincial minister Nasir Hussain said.

The chief minister said that the Covid-19 outbreak had left adverse effects on the psyche of masses and the counselling would be very helpful for them.

He appreciated the UNDP and the Unicef for their cooperation.
