KARACHI: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) Karachi on Monday issued show cause notice to superintendent jail over not producing accused persons in Suleiman Lashari murder case.
ATC Karachi heard case pertaining murder of a citizen Suleiman Lashari by son of a police officer. During the hearing, judicial magistrate South zone will have to record his statement today, however, police failed to produce four accused persons including key accused Salman Abro before the court.
ATC judge expressed outrage over police failure to present the accused persons and asked superintendent jail to respond show cause notice till December 4, 2015. Later, the court was adjourned till next hearing.
