Pakistan Rangers Sindh spokesperson said a political party leadership, who is out of the country, has been giving provoke speeches when some groups can target students or other institutions.
Rangers has issued a press release in which spokesperson said a political party leadership with its speeches making challenge for Rangers personnel to maintain law and order situation.
The leadership of the same political party is also giving provoke speeches and another group is also forcing students for violence, he said.
The specific group also encouraging them to attack institutions as well, he added.
