LAHORE: Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah has on Tuesday said that Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) has got nothing to do with the prime accused in the student gang rape case surfaced recently. He said that the DNA test of the victim will prove how many people were involved in the crime.

To clarify the rumours about the prime accused in gang rape case Rana Adnan’s relation with Punjab Education Minister Rana Mashhood, Rana Sanaullah held a press conference today in Lahore. He said that the gang rape case shouldn’t be linked to PML-N. “People start getting themselves photographed wherever we go. Photographs don’t prove anything”, he said.

Rana Sanaullah said that the DNA test will prove how many people were involved in the crime. “No matter who the culprit has links to, he’ll be convicted if found guilty”, said the law minister. He added that 7 of the accused in the case were arrested immediately while the prime accused was caught after 48 hours.

Punjab Law Minister told that the case regarding chopping off of the hands in Hafizabad has been registered.
