State Minister for Communications Abdul Hakeem Baloch has resigned for his post on Thursday.
As per details, the minister has also send his resignation to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, who is in London for medical checkup.
Abdul Hakeem Baloch said he had no powers and also told the prime Minister about the issue but his complaints remained unheeded.
