HAMBANTOTA: Sri Lanka won the toss and elected to bat first against Pakistan in 5th One Day International (ODI) match of five-match series at Mahinda Rajapaksa International Stadium on Sunday.
The Green-Shirts already won the series by 3-1 and also qualify for ICC Champions Trophy 2017 by grabbing 90 points.
Pakistan team will be eyeing to secure their spot in International Cricket Council (ICC) Champions Trophy by winning the 5th game as well.
The emphatic seven-wicket victory has earned Pakistan two valuable points to push it up on 8th place in ICC ODI rankings with 90 points, leaving behind West Indies on 9th spot with 88 points.
If Pakistan wins its final game on Sunday, it will end with 92 points.
