Smart robots to serve Zamzam water to pilgrims at Masjid-al-Haram, Masjid-i-Nabawi (PBUH)

MADINAH: In view of the measures taken against the global epidemic Corona, smart robots have been introduced to serve Zamzam water to the pilgrims visiting the Masjid-ul-Haram and Masjid-e-Nabawi (PBUH) .

According to foreign media, President of Masjid-ul-Haram and Masjid-e-Nabawi (PBUH) General Affairs Sheikh Dr. Abdul Rehman Al-Sudais recently inaugurated a smart robot that will distribute bottles of Zamzam water to the people visiting the two mosques.

During the inauguration of the smart robot, Abdul Rehman Al-Sudais also stressed the importance of using modern technology to serve humanity during the Corona epidemic.

Smart robots will offer water to visitors to the holy mosques without affecting human intervention and movement.

It may be recalled that earlier this year, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj has also made an important announcement regarding Hajj.

According to the announcement of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj, only 60,000 people will be allowed to perform Hajj this year, and all of them will include Saudi citizens and foreigners living in the country.
