Smart lockdown imposed in several areas in Karachi’s district central

KARACHI: Smart lockdown has been imposed in three places in Karachi’s district central in the wake of rise in coronavirus cases.

According to a notification issued by the deputy commissioner central,  the smart lockdown has been enforced in various areas in North Karachi, North Nazimabad and Gulberg.

It added that the smart lockdown will stay in place till March 31 in these areas.

Meanwhile, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah said that a total of 384 coronavirus cases had been reported in the province during the past 24 hours.
