SHEIKHUPURA: At least six terrorists were killed in an alleged encounter an intelligence agency personnel in Manawala area of Lagran early on Tuesday.
The personnel raided on intelligence information in Nankana Sahib’s suburbs.
At least eight terrorists scrambled to escape riding on motorbikes after finding the security personnel approaching. On this, security men opened fire killing six of them on the spot.
Two of the terrorists managed to flee leveraging the darkness of night.
Police and intelligence agency men recovered several weapons from the possession of the terrorists. The terrorist hideout has been sealed.
