ISLAMABAD: At least three people were killed while 20 others injured in a road accident near Hub on Tuesday.
According to details, the incident happened when a passenger bus on route to Shah Noorani met with a mishap near Veerab stream.
Because of the accident, three people died while several others were injured who were later shifted to nearby hospitals.
Meanwhile, another accident occurred in Khanpur Tehsil of the Rahim Yar Khan District of Bahawalpur Division that took lives of another three.
A bus collided with a tree near Kotla Pathan that killed at least three people while injuring two others in the incident.
According to rescue officials, the dead belong to an area in Gujjar Khan.
Due to reckless driving, poor traffic system and deprived conditions of the roads, accidents are frequent in almost all parts of the country in which several people are killed every year.
