KARACHI: As many as six criminals were arrested in different operations while a body was recovered near Lasbela Bridge
The law enforcement agencies raided several areas of mega city.
Supermarket Police conducted an operation and apprehended policeman Maqsood’s murderer.
Station House Officer (SHO) Shoaib Qureshi said that Rehan named his accomplices during investigation. Rehan was involved in several street crimes, he added.
The crime branch arrested three from in Malir and Pak Colony. Superintendent of Police (SP) Shahjehan Baloch said that grenades, weapons and drugs have been seized from felon’s possession.
The criminal was wanted by Ranger and police in different crimes.
Eidgaah and Soldier Bazaar police also arrested two criminals and seized weapons.
A body bearing torture marks was found near Lasbela Bridge. The law enforcement agencies have not been able to identify the victim until filing of this report.
