ISLAMABAD: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Ameer, Senator Sirajul Haq on Sunday paid visit to Jinnah Hospital and met victims of bomb blast at Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park in Lahore. He strongly condemned the terrorist attack in the provincial capital of Punjab.
While talking to media persons, the JI Ameer expressed grief over the loss of precious lives in the blast.
He said targeting innocent women and children was bigotry. Such heinous attempts of sabotage would not affect the nation’s firm resolve against terrorism.
He said the Al-Khidmat Foundation workers were at the blast site to help relief and rescue operation.
He urged the people to donate blood for the injured admitted at Jinnah, Service and other hospitals.
