ISLAMABAD: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Ameer, Senator Sirajul Haq and JI Secretary General Liaqat Baloch on Wednesday strongly condemned bomb blast in Quetta which claimed lives of citizens and security personnel.
Sirajul Haq expressed grief with the victimised families whose beloved ones lost their lives in the incident and prayed for early recovery of the injured victims.
Liaqat Baloch also expressed condolence to the families of victims and prayed for peace of the departed souls in the terror attack.
Earlier, at least 14 people were killed and 13 others injured in a powerful blast outside an anti-polio vaccination centre in Satellite Town area of Quetta.
As per details, the blast targeted a Polio Centre established in Satellite Town while intensity of the explosion could be observed as it was heard in several areas far away from the incident’s site.
The blast took place when anti-polio vaccination teams were preparing to leave for the third day of anti-polio drive in the city.
