Sindh govt to allow conditional reopening of businesses

Karachi: The Sindh government has decided to allow reopening of businesses in the province.

The decision was taken during a meeting chaired by Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah here on Wednesday.

The meeting decided to reopen business centres by further easing the lockdown.

The chief minister said that the conditional permission would be given to resume trade and public activities.

Sources said that the chief minister will contact Prime Minister Imran Khan and other high ranking officials before final announcement of easing lockdown in the province.

The meeting said that decisions would be taken with national consensus, adding that phase-wise conditional permission will be given to resume businesses.
