KARACHI: Special Additional IG Traffic Police Khadim Hussain Bhatti on Saturday said peace in Karachi was a result of sacrifices of police and Sindh Police was ready to counter any challenge.
‘Police training needed to be beefed up. Soon Sindh Police would be purified of black sheep,’ he said while addressing the passing out parade ceremony of 27th Elite Force at Razzakabad Police Training Center.
A total number of 1200 persons have been passed out including three women police. The passed out personnel have been trained by trainers of Army, Navy and Sindh Police.
He said police had always faced criticism. However, good impression about police was being created among masses now.
