Sindh Police defaulter of Rs2.1 billion: K-Electric

KARACHI: Karachi Electric (KE) on Tuesday said that they would cut power supply of Sindh police, if they failed to pay their dues amounting to Rs.2.1 billion by Wednesday.

In a tweet, KE said the Sindh police are a defaulter of over Rs.2.1 billion, adding not a single payment has been received from them for the last 13 months and the final notice period will expire tonight.

The KE has urged Inspector General of Police (IGP), Chief Minister Sindh and the Home Minister to issue instructions for clearance of dues on immediate basis.
