Sindh govt approves expansion of passive immunisation therapy

Karachi: The Sindh health department on Thursday approved further expansion of the passive immunisation therapy to treat Covid-19.

The provincial government has sped up efforts for the treatment of coronavirus patients and in this connection the health department has allowed to maximise the passive immunisation for the treatment of Covid-19.

In this connection, a formal notification has also been issued.

According to the notification, besides NIBD two more hospitals could work on passive immunisation therapy on testing basis.

Now the Liaquat University Hospital, Hyderabad, and Dr Ruth Pfau Civil Hospital will work on passive immunisation on the testing basis.
