The main gate of the Sindh Assembly has been closed for the journalist came to cover provincial budget 2016-17 which be presented today.
As per details, Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) government is scheduled to present budget in today’s session.
On this occasion, the security of the assembly has been increased.
When the journalists reached at the assembly, the security barred them from entering in the premises from main gate.
On the main gate of the assembly, the security personnel have installed a biometric device which is only allowing the members to go through the gate.
On the other hand, the journalist had staged a protest outside the assembly building demanding to enter through the main gate of the building.
Following the protest, secretary of the assembly came and allowed the journalists to enter through the main gate of the assembly.
It is pertinent to mention here that, a few weeks ago, private channel news anchor entered in the Assembly with a pistol.
