ISLAMABAD: Railways Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed on Wednesday feared a war between India and Pakistan in November and December.
Speaking to the media here, the federal minister said that gunpowder smell was coming from the occupied Kashmir.
The youth of Kashmir will decide the fate of the valley, he added.
He complained that the UN had not addressed the Kashmir dispute, if it were serious then plebiscite would have held in the occupied valley.
