KARACHI: Sindh high Court (SHC) has order to restore the license of Air Indus for 15 days and also ordered to adjoin the hearing after 15 days.
Lawyer of Air Indus Shafaat argued that his client will acquire the air-fitness license of its two usable aircrafts after inspection by the Civil Aviation Authority and during the same period a third plane outside the country would be brought into the country and its inspection would also be completed.
It may be mentioned here that two aircrafts of Air Indus were destroyed in the attack on Karachi Airport.
