Sindh High Court (SHC) has ordered to hand government medical centres including Jinnah Hospital to federal government.
The hearing of 18 amendment case was conducted in Sindh High Court, where the court gave the decision after hearing arguments of both parties.
The court said these institutions were illegally handed to provincial government and ordered to hand them back to federal government within 90 days.
It is pertinent to mention here that, after 18 amendment, these medical centres were handed to provincial government.
